Stormbreaker Life Jackets

MFC Survival's popular Stormbreaker range of life jackets provides a versatile solution for many different applications, offering comfort and unrestricted movement, without compromising on reliability and protection.

With a slim profile and split front, the Stormbreaker life jackets allow full shoulder movement, enabling the user to carry out defensive swimming techniques on their back as currently taught in swift water first responder courses. The compact design also allows full movement of the head, maintaining good forward and downward visibility even with the majority of rescue helmets.

The life jackets are constructed with interlocking lobes that self-right the wearer in less than 5 seconds. A tailored neck gives vital support to the head and neck of the individual , even if unconscious. Stormbreaker Life Jackets are available with 150N bouyancy to support an individual, or 275N bouyancy to support an individual plus their kit. The 275N version can be ordered with either single or independent twin chambers depending on requirements.  Both bouyancy options are available with either manual only, manual and automatic, or hydrostatic (hammer) inflation modeds. Pressure activated hydrostatic inflation is ideal for fire anf rescue personnel working in and around water as it will not inflate in accidental spray.

To assist in the maintenance and upkeep of life jackets we can provide full testing and servicing options. Servicing can be carried out onsite where required, reducing turnaround time to a matter of hours rather than days.
