At MFC Survival we can offer a manufacturing and design service to suit individual customer needs, providing bespoke safety survival and rescue Equipment and a full OEM capability.

MFC Survival manufacturing facilities include:

• Bespoke and hand make capabilities
• High Frequency Welding: tarpaulin and groundsheet production
• Hot Wedge and Air welding: shelter and waterproof cover fabrication
• Production Adhesive process: lifting systems, specialist life jackets and decontamination systems
• Production Sewing: harnesses, medical equipment bags, arctic tents
• Extensive Cutting process: CNC, Roller and Clicker Press

We have two Research and Development resources with textile and engineering expertise that provide continuous new and existing product development. We listen to our customer’s requirements and work with them to provide a complete product and service solution.

Due to the process of continuous development we reserve the right to amend specifications or discontinue products without notice. All dimensions and weight measurements indicated have a tolerance of +/- 3% and +/- 5% respectively.
