A prompt and efficient service is an essential requirement for all our customers. Keeping you informed is an essential part of maintaining a quality service. To achieve this we operate a process allocating you with a unique identification reference, order acknowledgements are supplied and dedicated customer service staff are available to respond to your enquiry. MFC Survival also pursues an active policy of customer follow ups to monitor our response to our service.
